Description:
Undershrubs or shrubs; branches terete, striate, glabrous or pubescent. Leaves elliptic-lanceolate, or ovate-lanceolate, acuminate, sharply serrate, upto 9 x 1.5 cm, narrowed towards base, glabrous above, pilose hairy beneath. Heads in terminal corymbs, 10-25- flowered. Involucral bracts dark tipped, obtuse, mucronate; outer ca 0.75 mm long; intermediate elliptic-oblong, ca 4 mm long; inner ca 5.5 mm long. Achenes ca 2 mm long, glandular, 10-ribbed. Pappus hairs reddish or dirty white; outer hairs short.
