Description:
Prostrate perennial herbs, rooting at nodes. Leaves pinnately 3-5-dissected; leaflets 6 x 3 cm, obovate, 3-5-lobed, serrate, pubescent; petiole 5-18 cm long, sheathing at base. Flowers 10 mm across, solitary, leaf-opposed; pedicels 2 cm long ; sepals 5, free, 4 x 2 mm, oblong, hirsute; petals 5, yellow, 5 x 3 mm, obovate, obtuse; stamens many, filaments 4 mm long, glabrous; carpels many; style glabrous. Achenes 4 mm long, ellipsoid, shortly tubercled, beak short.
