Description:
Leaves 3 x 0.6 cm, oblong-lanceolate, acute, 4 or 5, scattered on the stem. Flowers white, in about 15 cm long, lax spike; dorsal sepal elliptic, subacute or obtuse, 3-veined; lateral sepals obliquely oblong, obtuse, 2-veined; lip 3.5 x 9.9 mm, 3-lobed; lobes unequal, lateral lobes linear, subacute, curved; midlobe oblong, obtuse; spur 5 x 0.5-1 mm, cylindric, acute, dialated subapically.
