Description:
Large shrubs; young stem and petioles tomentose. Leaves alternate, 6-12 x 2-5 cm, caudate-acuminate at apex, round to shallowly cordate at base, 3-ribbed from base. Figs depressed-globose, in axillary and cauline tubercled clusters, blotched with red and white spots. Basal bracts 2-3, 0.2-0.3 cm long, ovate. Orifice umbonate. Internal bristles present. Tepals 6, free. Stamen 1. Female flowers sessile 0.15-0.2 cm; stigma funnel- shaped. Gall flowers similar to female flowers. Achenes ovoid, 0.2-0.3 cm long.
