Description:
Succulent trees, 10 m high, very profusely branched. Leaves minute, 0.1-0.3 cm diam.; ovate-orbicular, convex on the upper side, early deciduous. Cyathia 0.5-1 x 0.5-0.6 cm. Male flowers 5-6; stamens single, filament 0.1-0.15 cm long, attached and joined with pedicel. Ovary 0.2-0.3 cm across; style 3, connate, 0.08-0.12 cm long; stigma 2-fid. Capsule 0.6-0.8 cm across, glabrous or slightly pubescent without.
