Description:
Shrubs, branchlets hairy, pubescent. Leaves to 5 x 4 cm, ovate, obtuse, base truncate to acute, membranous; petiole 2.5 cm. Panicles axillary, occasionally terminal; bracts 5 mm, ovate; pedicels to 1 cm; calyx tube 6 mm, lobes 6 mm, triangular; corolla tube 2 to 2.5 cm, lobes 0.8 cm, oblong, subequal; stamens exserted; ovary 4-lobed, 1-ovuled each.
