Description:
Erect delicate annual herbs, puberulus on the young parts, base tuberous. Leaves usually 6, pairs unequal, 5-7 x 1.8 cm, ovate or ovate-lanceolate, apex acute, base cuneate, sparsely scabrous on both sides, lateral nerves 4 or 5 pairs; peduncle usually solitary; pedicels ca. 1 cm long; calyx campanulate, sparsely hairy outside; corolla white, 0.5 cm across.
