  Description: Herbaceous twiners; stems, petiole and peduncles glabrescent with very short, brown hairs. Leaves trifoliate; leaflets broadly ovate-deltoid, entire, ciliate; petiole 4-6 cm long; stipules lanceolate, ciliate, 0.7 x 0.3 cm. Racemes on 3-15 cm long; bracteoles 0.4 cm long. Calyx glabrescent to rusty brown-villous; lobes 0.6-0.7 cm long. Corolla up to 2.5 cm long. Pods glabrescent to rusty brown-hairy, 15- 20 seeded; seeds black, shining, 0.4 x 0.3 cm.
