  Description: Twiners. Leaves 4-6 x 1.5 cm, linear-oblong or oblong-lanceolate, apex acute, apiculate, base acute or rounded; petiole ca. 5 mm long. Cymes umbellate, lax, dichasially branched; calyx lobes ovate-acute, 5 mm long; corolla 4 mm across, purplish-brown; corona of 5 fleshy scales, adnate to the base of the staminal column; anthers with membranous appendage; carpels free.
