Description:
Shrubs; branchlets silky-pubescent. Leaves alternate, pinnate, to 13 cm; leaflets 8-10 pairs, opposite, 2-3.5 x 1-1.5 cm, oblong-obovate or oblanceolate, chartaceous, glabrescent above, yellowish-pubescent below, base subacute-cuneate, margin entire, apex obtuse-truncate, stiff-mucronate; petiole to 1 cm; petiolule 0.5 mm; stipules linear, 8 mm. Pseudoracemes leaf-opposed, to 15(20) cm; flowers on interrupted clusters; peduncle to 3 cm; bracts to 4 mm; pedicel to 5 mm. Calyx-tube 2 mm, velvety; lobes to 4 mm. Standard petal obovate, 1 x 0.8 cm, sericeous. Pod oblong, 4 x 0.5 cm, compressed, tomentose, yellowish-pubescent.
