Description:
Leaves 2 or 3, 6-10 x 2-3 cm, oblanceolate, apex unequally bilobed, base sheathed. Racemes lateral. Flowers ca 10 x 8 mm, sessile, yellowish with purple bands; bracts ca 2.5 x 2 mm, persistent, broadly ovate; sepals and petals 5-6 x 3.5 mm, obovate, oblong rounded; lip fleshy, 3-lobed, lateral lobes ca 2.5 mm long, midlobe ca 2.5 x 2 mm, obscurely 3-lobed, rounded; spur conical ca 5 mm long.
