  Description: Shrubs, sap milky latex. Leaves 10-14 x 4-6 cm, obovate, apex abruptly acuminate, base acute to attenuate, subcoriaceous, lateral nerves 14 pairs, prominent, nervules slender; petiole 2 cm long. Cymes terminal or axillary; peduncles 5-8 cm long. Flowers white; pedicels 1 cm long; calyx lobes acuminate, glabrous, reddish; corolla 1 cm long, lobes ovate, acute. Capsule 10 x 7 mm, oblong, black.
