Description:
Trees to 10 m high; bark white-corky, vertically shallowly fissured. Leaves opposite, 7 x 3 cm, elliptic to oblanceolate, glabrous, entire, many-nerved. Flowers in axillary cymes, shortly peduncled; pedicels 3 mm long; sepals 5, ovate, free; petals pale yellow or white, 2.5 mm long, oblong, spreading, stamens 5, filaments curved; ovary 1-celled; ovules 2; stigma subsessile, peltate. Drupe 5 x 4 mm, obliquely obovate, white, smooth.
