Description:
Erect herbs, pilose. Leaves to 3.5 x 1 mm, oblong-obovate, apex acute, base cuneate, distantly serrate, hirsute, punctuate; petiole 0.5 cm. Spikes terminal, pubescent; bracts 4 x 3 mm, ovate, ciliate; calyx lobes 1.5 mm, membranous, ciliolate; corolla tube 3.5 mm, violet; filaments 3 and 4 mm; ovary 0.4 mm, style exserted.
