Description:
Twining shrubs; stem densely villous. Leaves 3-foliolate; leaflets 4 x 2.5 cm, ovate, acute, densely hispid below, petiole 4 cm long; stipules ovate. Racemes to 10 cm long, axillary, many-flowered. Flowers 3.5 cm long; calyx 2-lipped; upper lip smaller, 2-lobed; lower lip 3-lobed; middle lobe boat-shaped; reticulate, scarious; petals included, standard 17 x 12 mm, obovate, deeply auricled at base, hispid, yellow; wings 13 mm long, oblong; keel 13 x 8 mm, obovate, clawed. Stamens 9+1; ovary sessile, hispid, 1-ovuled; style hairy at base, swollen at middle. Pods falcate-ovate, hairy.
