Description:
Branched procumbent herbs; stem 4-angled. Leaves 1.2-3.5 x 0.4-1.5 cm, elliptic or ovate, base cuneate, apex acute, puberulous. Inflorescence axillary or mostly terminal cymes. Calyz 4-angled; lobes short, triangular, acute. Corolla white, c. 5 mm across, campanulate; tube c. 2 mm long, villous at throat; lobes 4, obovate. Stamens 4; anthers oblong. Capsule 4-angled, 3-4 x 2.5-3.5 mm, hispidulous, loculicidally dehiscent in the upper part.
