Description:
Climbing shrubs; stems rounded, hairy. Leaves alternate, trifoliate; petioles 7.5-15.5 cm long; lateral leaflets 8.0-12.5 x 4.5 -7.5 cm, cordate, base truncate, apex acute and slightly mocronate, chartaceous, glabrescent above, densely minute, white hairy beneath; petiolules ca 1.5 cm long, hairy; terminal leaflet rhombic ovate, 11.5-14.0 x 6.5-9.5 narrowly rounded at apex, petiolues 0.5 cm long. Infructescence 21 cm long, shorter than leaves, rachis densely brown hairy with 8-10 pods crowded. Pods narrowly oblong, 8.5-9.5 x 1.2-1.5 cm, brown, not plaited or curved, densely matted with deciduous, brownish, red, irritant bristles and very minute brown hairs; seeds 4-5, brown.
