  Description: Large woody climbers; stem yellow pubescent. Leaves pinnately 3-5-foliolate; leaflets to 20 x 8 cm, ovate-oblong, acuminate at apex; minutely golden brown hairy, petiole to 10 cm long; stipule ovate; stipel filiform. Flowers in axillary simple or branched racemes; bracts ovate; calyx campanulate, 3 mm long, minutely lobed, standard 13 x 10 mm, obovate, emarginate, densely fulvous hairy on back; wings 10 mm long, oblong, with two patches of golden hairs; keel similar to wings; stamens 9 + 1; anthers uniform; ovary sessile, few-ovuled. Pods ca. 8 x 4.5 cm, obovate, compressed, woody, densely hairy; seeds 1-3, compressed, ovoid.
