Description:
Twiners, stem puberulus. Leaves 6-8 x 7-9 cm, ovate-acuminate, mucronate, base cordate, glabrescent above and pubescent below; petiole to 7 cm long. Flowers enclosed in a boat-shaped, to 5 cm broad involucre; peduncle often longer than the petiole; sepals ovate, obtuse, 1.2 cm long, tomentose; corolla pinkish-white, narrowly, funnel-shaped, tube 2 cm long and 2 mm wide, limb 1.2 cm across. Capsule ovoid, 5 mm long; seeds ovoid, black.
