Description:
Shrubs to about 2.5 m tall; stems glabrous or minutely appressed-pubescent; stipules filiform, about 2 mm long. Leaves imparipinnate, 15-23 foliolate; stipels minute, filiform; leaflets opposite or subopposite, elliptic to obovate, 1-5 x 0.5-2 cm, obtuse, apiculate at the apex, obtuse at the base, appressed-pubescent with minute hairs on both surfaces; inflorescence axillary, racemose, subspicate, many-flowered, much shorter than the leaves; bracts subulate, about 1 mm long. Flowers about 1-1.3 cm long. Calyx pubescent, about 2 mm long with short, deltoid lobes. Petals pinkish, the vexillum sericeous on the outer face. Pods 50 x 4 mm, oblong, compressed, tomentellus, cuspidate, uneven; seeds 5 x 2.5 mm, oblong, uneven, dark brown.
