  Description: Twiners. Leaves 8-12 x 5-8 cm, oblong or ovate, apex acute to cuspidate, base widely and deeply cordate, lateral nerves ca. 4-7 pairs, lower 2 pairs basal, base with few papillate glands; petiole to 4-5 cm long. Flowers few to many in axillary peduncled cymes; peduncles shorter than the petiole, stout; pedicels 1.5 cm long; calyx lobes ovate, 4 mm long; corolla 2.5 cm across, campanulate, pale purple, lobes 8 x 6 mm, ovate, obtuse; gynostegium 8 x 6 mm, outer corona short, truncate; inner corona 5, ovate, acute, glabrous.
