Description:
Large woody climbers; stem warted with lenticels. Leaves 5-10 x 3-4.5 cm, elliptic-lanceolate to elliptic-obovate, broadly attenuate at base, acute at apex, glabrous on both sides; petioles 1-1.2 cm long. Flowers in axillary and lateral racemes, 2.5-3 cm long. Bracts c. 0.1 cm long, triangular. Pedicels c. 1 mm long. Calyx tube small, 4-toothed, glandular without. Petals 1.5-2 mm long, ovate, punctate without. Stamens attached to petals; anthers yellowish white; filaments c. 2 mm long. Drupe c. 6 mm across.
