Description:
Subshrubs, pubescent. Leaves to 4.5 x 2.5 cm, obovate-oblanceolate, apex obtuse, apiculate, base cuneate, membranous, pubescent; petiole 3 mm. Panicles terminal or lateral, many flowered; flowers yellow, pedicels 1 cm, opposite, pubescent; bracts 3 mm, ovate, acuminate; calyx tube 4 mm, lobes 7 mm, lanceolate, puberulus; standard petal 2.5 x 1.5 cm, orbicular; wings 1.5 x 0.8 cm, oblong; keels 2 x 1 cm, ovate, staminal sheath 5 mm, filaments 6 and 10 mm, anthers 4 and 0.6 mm; ovary 8 mm, stipitate, pubescent, style hirsute. Pod 3 x 1 cm, oblong-obovoid, stipitate, to 4 mm, sparsely pubescent; seeds 12-15.
