Description:
Corms to 2 cm across. Leaf radiatisect, lobes 5-6, to 16 x 8 cm, ovate to elliptic, acuminate, base cuneate, membranous; petiole to 45 cm, base sheathing the peduncle. Inflorescence appear along with leaves; peduncle to 16 cm; spathe c. 7 cm long; greenish purple, limb caudate-acuminate, incurved, c. 5 cm long; spadix, c. 9 cm long, bent at the tip; male flowers scattered at base in male spadix, stamens 4, reniform; female flowers crowded at base; neuters few above the female; ovary oblong, truncate at apex with sessile stigma.
