Description:
Stem woody, densely white silky. Leaves 7-15 x 3-7 cm, broadly elliptic, acute to shortly acuminate at apex, broadly attenuate at base, glabrous above; lateral veins 18-22 pairs, close and parallel; petioles 2-4.5 cm long. Inflorescence axillary cymes. Pedicels 1-2 long, shorter than petioles. Bracts leafy, 0.8-1 x 0.1-0.2 cm, lanceolate. Calyx lobes 0.4-0.5 x 0.1 cm, densely silky without. Corolla pink; tube 2.5-3 cm long, 0.8-1 cm diam.; limb 2.5-3 cm across, subentire. Filaments villous at base; disc annular. Ovary 0.4-0.5 cm long, ovoid. Berry globose 1-1.5 cm diam. Seed usually 4.
