Description:
Terrestrial leafy herbs with creeping stem, 15-25 cm high. Leaves 3.5- 8 x 1.5-4 cm, ovate, acute at apex, round at base, dark brown, with golden reticulations above. Inflorescence terminal raceme, 3-5 flowered; flowers on the extreme tip; basal portion with 1-2, tubular lanceolate bracts, 1-1.5 cm across. Sepals and petals subequal, 0.6-0.8 x 0.4-0.5 cm, ovate. Lip 1-12 cm long, attached to base of column, white, 3-lobed; side lobes small; mid-lobe 2-winged at apex, with 9 pairs of filiform lobules on sides. Pollinia 2, clavate, attached to a single caudicle. Pedicel and ovary 1-1.2 cm long.
